SAEP stands for Screen Automation Execution Protocol. ByteDance's official demo declares a packaged static policy through this application-level metadata entry:

Primary evidence: official demo manifest at commit 592493b7.

The proposed rule uses an exact metadata-name match (type 8). It identifies the static declaration only. It does not validate the referenced policy, determine whether the device supports or enables SAEP, or establish that protection rules are enforced.

SAEP (Screen Automation Execution Protocol) lets apps declare protection policies that constrain Agent screen automation. The application metadata com.obric.agentrobots.POLICY_JSON references a packaged static policy resource. This rule identifies the static declaration only; it does not validate the policy or confirm that SAEP is enabled on the device or that protection rules are enforced.
