Rationale
This PR adds front-end support for terminal-storage barcodes in @labkey/components. It (1) makesStorageUnitBarcode an allowed/extra column for sample insert and import, and (2) updates resolveDuplicatesAsName() so that a duplicate-key error originating from the UQ_Box_Barcode unique constraint reports "Duplicate barcode 'X' found" instead of "Duplicate name 'X' found".
