Summary
Fix the cine rasterization tooltip flake seen in the macOS E2E run, where a global active-tooltip selector returned “Segment 1” instead of the disabled Rasterize reason.
Resolve the tooltip through its activator’s aria-describedby using the existing tooltipOf helper. Share the disabled-state, hover, visibility, and exact-text assertions with the restored-segment case to satisfy the duplication check. No sleeps, retries, or weakened assertions.
Validation
On the final patch, using Node 22.21.1 and Chrome 157 on Windows:
macOS and Linux CI remain to be verified.
