Summary

Adds settings to Broadcasts > Export, so draft Broadcasts created from WordPress Posts are closer to ready to send:

• Greeting: HTML added to the start of the Broadcast. Supports Liquid e.g. Hi {{ subscriber.first_name | default: "there" }},
• Sign-off: HTML added to the end of the Broadcast. Supports Liquid.
• Read on the Web: adds a "Read this on the web" link to the Post's permalink at the top or bottom of the Broadcast. Only added once the Post is published, as a draft Post's link won't work. The link text can be changed using the convertkit_broadcasts_exporter_web_link_text filter.

Greeting and Sign-off are sanitized with wp_kses_post() and added after Disable Styles is applied. Conditional display JS now supports <textarea> fields.

Testing

• BroadcastsExportTest: Greeting and Sign-off, Read on the Web (top, bottom, filter), no link for draft Posts.
• BroadcastsToPostsSettingsCest::testSaveGreetingSignOffAndWebLink: settings save, keeping Liquid and removing scripts.
