Smart support is now available for Ubuntu Linux.
This effort is to update the packaging and priveledge escalation so it can be utilized on Flatpak based oses like Bazzit and SteamOS.
In ubuntu an escalated process is created and shelled to so the user does not need to keep authenticating for every smart op requested. a similar approach is recommended for Bazzite.
