[feat] Components adjustments for message requalification features.#1065

…rocesses - Updated the `alf` and `all` scripts across multiple components to accept a `--force` or `-f` argument. - If the argument is provided, the scripts will execute with a `true` flag for the `USE_PLC_SIM_ADVANCED` variable; otherwise, it defaults to `false`. - This change allows for more flexible installation behavior, enabling forced installations when necessary.
… compile and compare commands, enhance logging, and ensure certificate directory creation. Update package-lock.json for various dependencies, including tar and minizlib, and remove unnecessary mkdirp entries. Adjust script formatting for consistency and clarity.
