Version bump + CHANGELOG for 0.22.0 — the UI surface refactor (AGT-4201, #558) and the CI
npm cihardening. Merging this triggers release.yml (npm publish → tag → GitHub release → docker-publish dispatch → GHCR0.22.0/0.22/latest).
