The devnet pins cardanosolutions/kupo:v2.10.0 and cardanosolutions/ogmios:v6.14.0 in packages/evolution-devnet/src/Config.ts (lines 707 and 723). Upstream is at Kupo v2.12.0 (2026-07-18) and Ogmios v7.0.0 (2026-06-20), so the e2e tests run against versions two and one releases behind what users deploy.
Bump both images and run the devnet suite. Ogmios 7 is a major release, so its changelog needs a read for protocol changes before the bump lands.
