Closes the team/member-management exempted routes from the route done-bar guard with real-backend integration tests (authz: owner/member/non-member → 200/403/404, cross-team isolation). Moves them routeCoverageExemptions → routeTestMap (guard stays green). 10 test functions in two new files. Continues the 'every user flow tested' matrix.
