[Insei]

The skill for AI agents in the Agent Skills format, skills/tinyconf/SKILL.md. Models trained before v2 write Parse(conf) without the context and import github.com/insei/tinyconf without /v2; the skill gives them the current API.

• The rules of v2, the tags, the drivers with their options and the common mistakes.
• Three complete programs: a service with four drivers, sub configs with Current and Subscribe, the logger configured by the config.
• scripts/check-skill.sh builds the programs against the code of the repository, CI runs it, so the skill can not describe the API that does not exist. The programs were also run by hand: the error of the required field, the priority of the flags over the environment, Sources, GenDoc, the deferred logger.
