What

Bump the Publish to website workflow's actions to their current majors:

  • actions/checkout@v2@v7 (both checkout steps)
  • actions/setup-node@v1@v7

Why

These pinned versions target the Node 20 action runtime, which GitHub is now force-running on Node 24 and has begun deprecating (changelog). The workflow surfaced this as a warning on the last run. Moving to the current majors clears the warning and avoids a future hard break when the old runtime is removed.

node-version stays 18, so the build environment the just-fixed publish ran on is unchanged - this only updates the action wrappers, not the Node used for the build.

Verification

The Publish workflow only runs on push to main, so this is verified by the run that fires on merge.

actions/checkout@v2 and actions/setup-node@v1 target the Node 20 runtime,
which GitHub now force-runs on Node 24 and is deprecating. Move both to the
current major (checkout@v7, setup-node@v7) to clear the deprecation warning
and avoid a future hard break. node-version stays 18 so the build
environment is unchanged.
