urllib3 major version breaks requests and sentry-sdk compatibility

Upgrading urllib3 from 1.25.11 to 2.6.3 is a major version change that breaks compatibility with requests==2.22.0 (line 90) and sentry-sdk==1.9.0 (line 96). The requests library only added urllib3 2.x support in version 2.29.0, and sentry-sdk 1.9.0 also requires urllib3 1.x. This will cause runtime failures because urllib3 2.0 removed deprecated APIs that these older libraries depend on. The PR warnings confirm this dependency conflict.
