问题
重算后的 Dependabot #97 排除了基础工具 pins，但 @vue/tsconfig 的 compiler-policy 变化与 Module Federation snapshot publicPath 变化仍违反现有 workspace/preview contract。
修改
将 @vue/tsconfig 以及 @module-federation/runtime、enhanced、vite 排除出普通批量更新；这些依赖需要有显式迁移与契约更新的独立任务。其他 minor/patch 分组保持自动化。
