Dependabot 分组把 workspace contract 明确固定的工具纳入普通 minor/patch 更新，生成的 #93/#94 因此必然失败。
修改
忽略 vue-tsc、oxfmt、oxlint、oxlint-tsgolint 与 portless；其余生产/开发 minor、patch 分组保持不变。
