fix(*): set src for CRM sample in grids-and-lists

Related to IgniteUI/igniteui-angular-samples#3974

had an empty src, which caused the JSON fetch for code tabs to resolve to an invalid path and StackBlitz to construct a broken URL. Setting src="/grid-crm" gives the widget a valid sample path so the code tabs and StackBlitz both work correctly.

Checklist:
