[FEATURE] UI: add new Symbol\Glyph variations.

Hi all,

While working on the OpenCast plugin, the team noticed the need for some additional Glyphs. We believe that these glyphs are a useful addition to ILIAS in general and should be available in the core.

Here's a visual summary of the changes:

The additions are:

• Date for functionality related to a single day (e.g. "jump to today")
• Owner for functionality marking or setting an ownership role
• Presenter for functionality marking the role or user responsibility of presenting a piece of content
• Location for functionality related to a specific location (e.g. "pin coordinates on a map", "select location")

The updates are:

• Calendar Glyph has been updated to follow the current design guidelines of the il-icons font and visually fit to the new Date Glyph

We wish to merge these changes into release_10, so the OpenCast plugin being actively developed for ILIAS 10 can make good use of these glyphs. They help to make the UI less crowded and core functionality and information easier to find. There are no breaking changes, so integration into an active release should be fine.
