Some registry entries need multiplication by 10

If you look in the EG4-18kPV-12LV - MODBUS Communication Protocol.pdf, ChargeVoltRef supports 0.1V precision, and has a range of 500-590. The value of 57 received from my inverter should be multiplied by 10 in order to get between the stated range. Or the range needs to be modified to work with the literal values received.
