Summary

The compose v2 brief on /tasks/new could not be grown. The inspiration editor is a vertically resizable field with a bottom-right corner grip; Hamix used TipTap inside .compose-brief with no visible handle.

This PR adds a custom two-slash corner grip and pointer-drag vertical resize (min height 320px). CSS is scoped under .task-compose-page--v2 .compose-brief so the create-modal path is not forced to resize. Footer/header/rail/scenarios/criteria chrome is untouched.

Test plan

  • Open /tasks/new and confirm the brief card shows a bottom-right two-line grip inside the rounded white card.
  • Drag the grip down — the editor grows vertically only; width stays the same.
  • Drag up — the editor cannot collapse below ~320px.
  • Keyboard editing still works; editor focus styles are unchanged.
  • .\scripts\check-web.ps1 -Group test-task-components
  • .\scripts\check-web.ps1 -Group lint

Operators can grow the compose v2 TipTap brief downward via a custom corner handle, matching the inspiration textarea without a native Windows resize control.

Pointer-drag grows the brief editor height and cannot collapse it below 320px, without changing width.
