Summary

Restyle the compose Done criteria list to match the inspiration: circle-check markers, full-width row dividers (no nested inner box), and a pill Add/count chrome.
Keep Edit/Remove available but off the rest layout (hover/focus on pointer devices; still in-flow on touch) so the command badge sits on the trailing edge.
Switch the verify-command badge glyph to a terminal prompt to match the inspiration.

Test plan

Open /tasks/new with several done criteria, including one with a verify command.
Confirm each row shows a light-gray circle-check, full-width hairline dividers, and no visible Edit/Remove at rest.
Hover a row: Edit/Remove appear; click the row still opens the criterion editor.
Confirm the command pill shows >_ N command on the right.
On a touch-sized viewport, Edit/Remove remain reachable.

Flatten nested checklist chrome so rows divide the card, add the circle-check marker, keep Edit/Remove off the rest layout, and use a prompt glyph on the command badge.

Hidden Edit/Remove still reserved wrap width via flex: 1 (basis 0%) and a trailing column, so criterion copy broke early (and mid-word) while a gap sat before the badge.
