This pull request updates the base Ubuntu image in the Dockerfile from version 24.04 to 26.04. However, since Ubuntu 26.04 is not yet released, this change will cause the Docker build to fail. It is recommended to revert back to a stable, existing LTS release.

Ubuntu 26.04 LTS is not yet released (scheduled for April 2026). Attempting to pull mirror.gcr.io/library/ubuntu:26.04 will fail because the image does not exist, which will break the Docker build. Please revert this change to keep using a stable, existing LTS release like 24.04.
