For the ParaView plugins implemented in geos-pv, the VTKHandler is used. This PR aims to update this handler management to have only one VTKHandler per plugin and clean the log.
Before this PR, at each call of a plugin, a VTKHandler is add to the plugin logger, therefore, output messages were logged multiple time.
