Speed up the CircleCI install and deploy jobs - #1109

- Persist only what is used from GDevelop (libGD.js, the GDJS runtime, the editor sources and the two packages the extensions loader needs) instead of the whole newIDE/app with its node_modules (more than 1GB to persist and to attach in every job). - Upload the files of the deploy with more concurrent requests. #1110 was squash-merged: its content already includes the changes of main (#1107, #1109), so the conflict is resolved with this branch's version and this merge changes no file.
