Once spack/spack#48636 is merged in, these docs updates provide spack installation information.
Note that GPU accelerated and multithreaded builds are not currently supported via spack. To get GPU accelerated builds working, we need to resolve #57 . There's some additional triage to do to better understand why multithreaded builds are not working via spack.
