Honest launch boundary

These packages are ready for local unpacked QA, GitHub release distribution, and Chrome/Edge store submission. They are not yet reviewed by Chrome Web Store, Microsoft Edge Add-ons, or an independent third-party security reviewer. Gmail/Google Calendar use requires the user to already be signed into those sites in the browser; no Google OAuth sign-in is shipped. Wallet support remains non-custodial and dry-run/external-signature only by default.
