I'd be OK with quarterly, but now we didn't since March. Feels like we should do this

@ZJvandeWeg we can create a monthly task to do so in BizOps Projects. I didn't have it in my to-do but can take this on if I have the appropriate access.

Also, do we have the steps on how to redeem? If it's straightforward, then no need to add it in the handbook
