Request the triage label by its real name - #23

Conversation
The forms asked for "triage", but the label is "needs-triage" — so GitHub silently dropped it and every templated issue arrived untriaged. Inherited from the framework's forms, which carry the same typo. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

The issue forms asked for a
triagelabel. The label isneeds-triage. GitHub silently drops labels that don't exist, so every templated issue would have arrived untriaged.Inherited from the framework's forms, which have the same typo — no issue in either repo has ever carried

needs-triageandready-for-reviewwere also added to this repo's labels, andCI/CDrenamed toCD, to match the framework's tidied set. Those are repo settings, not files, so they aren't in this diff.
