Run two digest-pinned fleet-role images twice each in ABBA order using the existing disposable mesh scenario on one GitHub-hosted runner. Upload per-run logs and outcomes even if a scenario fails. The comparison does not access the fleet or use secrets.
Validation: focused Python unit tests, actionlint, ShellCheck and git diff --check. The Docker-backed comparison has not been run; workflow_dispatch requires the workflow on the default branch.
