Adds an isolated, manually dispatched comparison for published node-recovery and pull-secret-renewer images using the existing role-rendered kind tests. Each digest runs twice on one GitHub-hosted runner. The renewal test uses a local GitHub API stand-in and generated credentials. This draft does not yet cover autoscaler or heartbeat, does not exercise real GitHub Actions workloads or credentials, and has not yet run the image comparison. Local actionlint and ShellCheck passed.
