Adds an Ansible-managed host-native macOS runner for workflows that require Xcode and macOS archive tooling. The role downloads the pinned Apple Silicon runner archive with its published SHA-256, registers it through the organisation GitHub App, and supervises it with launchd under a dedicated label.
