docs(changelog): backfill v1.0.0 through v1.2.8 - #36

CHANGELOG.md only gained entries once @semantic-release/git started committing it (v1.3.0 onward), leaving the first twenty releases undocumented in the file even though their release notes already existed as GitHub Releases. Copies each release's already-generated conventionalcommits notes into the changelog in the same format, newest first.

CHANGELOG.md only started gaining entries once @semantic-release/git was wired in (v1.3.0 onward), so the first twenty releases (v1.0.0-v1.2.8) had no changelog record even though their conventionalcommits release notes already existed on the GitHub Releases page. Copies each of those into CHANGELOG.md in the same format, newest first, ahead of the existing v1.3.0/v1.3.1 entries.
