The echo step existed only to determine, empirically, which app-id/ private-key secret pair actually resolves to the app named in the main-protection ruleset's bypass_actors entry. That's now settled (GH_APP_ID/GH_APP_PRIVATE_KEY, confirmed by v1.3.0's real release commit and tag landing on main), so the log line serves no ongoing purpose.

Removes the one-off echo step added across PRs #33/#34 to determine which app-id/private-key secret pair actually authenticates as the app named in the main-protection ruleset's bypass_actors entry. That's now confirmed (GH_APP_ID/GH_APP_PRIVATE_KEY - v1.3.0's release commit and tag landed on main via a real, bypassed git push), so the diagnostic has served its purpose.
