This pull request adds a new dev server detection method, by using a local file, as
laravel/vite-plugindoes.Background 📜
In docker setups or configurations with slow network conditions the connect detection method has some disadvantages.
We might remove the connection detection method in the future, once we validate that this works well for most users.
