fix(2.11): restore Key Event Constants page and its links - #34

The 2.11 Key Event Constants page only had its heading, and both links to it (Constants index, run() syntax page) pointed at GitBook's "broken-reference" placeholder. Restore the page content from #13 (the 2.10 key_events.md content) with its links mapped to the 2.11 MkDocs paths, and point both links at it. Fixes #12. api-reference/constants/key-event-constants.mdonly had its heading. This restores the content from @icebreaker-ch's Fixed broken link to key event constants #13, which is the 2.10key_events.mdpage plus front matter. Its three links pointed at GitBook-era paths, so I mapped them to the 2.11 pages:killEvents(), Telemetry scripts, One-Time scripts.broken-referenceplaceholder, which the conversion had turned into a GitHub URL that 404s.
