ci: use one shared publish/preview workflow on every branch - #31

All docs branches are MkDocs now, so the publish workflow no longer needs the GitBook import path or workflow_call: every branch carries the same file and builds itself. The latest release branch comes from the DOCS_LATEST_BRANCH repository variable (falling back to edgetx_2.12), so an older branch's copy can't take the "latest" alias back after a new release ships. Also adds preview-docs.yml, which uploads a Cloudflare preview for PRs into main or any edgetx_* branch. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Summary
All docs branches are MkDocs now: 2.4–2.11 were converted in #23–#30. So every branch can carry the same workflows and build itself. This brings
edgetx_2.12in line with the copies already on the converted branches.publish-versioned-docs.ymlworkflow_calltrigger added in ci: publish edgetx_2.11 (LTS) from the shared workflow #20. Neither is needed anymore.mainandedgetx_*. Versions are derived from the branch name:main→dev,edgetx_x.y→x.y.DOCS_LATEST_BRANCHrepository variable, falling back toedgetx_2.12. With a copy on every branch, a hardcoded value would let a push to 2.12 take thelatestalias back after 2.13 ships. With the variable, movinglatestis one settings change.preview-docs.yml(replaces #19)wrangler versions upload --preview-alias pr-<n>) for PRs intomainor anyedgetx_*branch, and comments the link. Same-repo PRs only.The action version bump is stacked on top in #32.
