fix(deps): follow-redirects 1.16.2 (GHSA-mrwp-f3q8-3g9p) - #206

GHSA-mrwp-f3q8-3g9p (high): follow-redirects 1.16.0 and 1.16.1 could send custom credentials across a redirect. It comes in through axios, whose browser build leaves out the Node HTTP adapter that uses it, so the SPA never ran it; the nightly bun audit fails on the lockfile entry.

The nightly Security Scan's
bun auditfails onweb/bun.lock: follow-redirects 1.16.1 is affected by GHSA-mrwp-f3q8-3g9p (high), where custom credentials can follow a redirect. 1.16.2 fixes it.follow-redirects comes in through axios. Axios's browser build swaps out its Node HTTP adapter, the only code that uses follow-redirects, so the web UI never included it. Nothing shipped changes and no release is needed. This clears the audit.
The change is the one lockfile entry, version and integrity hash. Re-resolving it with
bun installwould have moved about 100 other packages.bun install --frozen-lockfileaccepts the edited lockfile, andscripts/check_js_audit.shpasses for web, docs and mock-oauth.
