Add a new `ToolsMenu` widget composed of 6 sectors, each has a label and a hovered texture. Modify the Tab key pressing behavior so now it opens the menu while the key is pressed. Mouse movements are sent to the tools menu when it is opened so the hovered tool can be updated. When the Tab key is released, the selected tool changes.
