LIMS-1914: Fix resolution displayed on grid scan images

Summary:

When viewing diffraction images from a grid scan in Synchweb, the resolution displayed is incorrect. Hyperion is now marking data collections as using ROI mode, so we can use that to get the right detector size and thus fix the resolution display correct.

Changes:

• Use numberOfROIPixelsX/Y if the data collection has the detector mode as ROI

To test:

• Find a grid scan (or group of grid scans) with detector mode as "ROI", eg /dc/visit/mx23694-154/id/21511011 or /dc/visit/mx23694-154/dcg/17646651
• Click on a box in the grid scan to show a diffraction image
• As you hover over the diffraction image, the resolution is displayed. Check the resolution has the largest number (eg 100A) at the point near the centre where direct beam hits the detector
• Check the smallest number (eg 2A) is displayed as you move to the edge of the image
• Go to a full frame diffraction image, eg /dc/visit/mx23694-154/id/21659709, click on the diffraction image and repeat the checks
