Updated- Download Installer - Need Improvement for Naming Installer Example "PackageName_Version"

Hello,

you solved my problems. Can we update 2 small points also.

There are 2 small concerns.

1. If the download folder has the already downloaded file, can it skip after checking SHA or MD5. Or just use any other verifying method. or confirm that it is the same file.

2. In package bundle section, download installer sometimes not work. Also, when we download from here it does not suffix version number at end. i think the reason behind it should be because in version Column it is shown latest instead of version number. and when we download installer, it cannot find version to attached to the downloaded offline installer.
