What changed
Enabling or disabling a Skill or MCP server now updates the toggle in the row the user clicked. The management list is no longer rebuilt immediately, so rows do not slide, re-enter, or move between Enabled and Disabled sections during the action.
The setting still saves immediately and is applied to active agents. The list is reconciled when the page is opened again, when a filter changes, or when the user selects Refresh. Structural actions such as add, edit, install, and delete continue to refresh the list normally.
Why it matters
A quick setting change now has a clear, stable visual result. The item stays where the user expects while the app updates the live agent configuration in the background.
