What changed
The Unreleased Desktop notes now state that the workflow planner is the standard path for every approved plan, rather than an opt-in feature.
They also clarify how Microsoft Agent Framework is used in the product and update the documented engine pin to the commit Desktop currently tracks.
Why it matters
Users and release stakeholders now get an accurate description of planning, recovery, and the engine foundation without relying on internal migration terminology.
