What changed
d9ad12a, the exact merge commit from MandoCode CLI PR #79.Why
Desktop PR #38 merged while it still referenced the CLI review commit. Pinning the merge commit keeps Desktop tied to an immutable point on the CLI main branch and completes the intended merge order.
During final live testing we also reproduced a large-root file-listing overflow. Its isolated fix is in MandoCode CLI PR #80. After #80 merges, this PR should be updated once more to that merge commit before it is merged.
