Documents the JFrog Xray connector's new opt-in Artifact-Level Records mode (paired with connectors + dojo-pro PRs for sc-13714): per-artifact records one level below the repository, automatic parent/child asset-hierarchy relationships, and the mode-switch runbook in both directions.
Also corrects an existing inaccuracy: the current text says subsequent syncs generate incremental (delta) reports — the connector generates a complete per-repository report every sync.
