Document the MobSF (Mobile Security Framework) connector: the REST API key prerequisite, the Location/Secret/Minimum-Severity mappings, and the whole-account app -> Record + report-section -> finding model (CWE 919, MobSF severity rating, static findings, dedupe key). Companion to connectors#753 and dojo-pro#2000. sc-13883 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Story: sc-13883
Content
Prerequisites (the MobSF REST API key), the Location/Secret/Minimum-Severity connector mappings, and the whole-account model: each scanned app → a Record, and its static-analysis report sections (permissions, code analysis, certificate, manifest, Android API, binary analysis) → findings tagged CWE 919, with MobSF's severity rating and stable dedupe key.
Placed alphabetically between Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Nuclei.
Draft until the connector lands.
