Problem
Core #47 is merged, but published 0.4.2 does not support selecting text detectors before scanning. MCP #65 needs a released package with that API.
Solution
Validation
Passed Rust formatting, Clippy, workspace tests, crate packaging, all four release-tag checks, installed Python wheel and mypy/Pyright tests, installed Node 24 tests, and Chromium WASM package tests. Built the Python source distribution and checked its typing metadata.
After merge: publish the runtime packages, verify clean registry installations, then update MCP #65 to require 0.4.3 and regenerate its lockfile. This PR prepares the release; packages have not been published yet.
