What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Fixes DOCS-13824
Adds a note to the Windows containers troubleshooting page clarifying that the Datadog Operator is not supported on Windows nodes in any configuration, including mixed-node (Windows + Linux) clusters, and points readers to the Helm chart instead. Confirmed with support-containers.
