What does this PR do?
Removes the Preview callout from App and API Protection for Kubernetes, and the per-integration Preview markers for Istio and Envoy Gateway, whose underlying integrations are already generally available.

Motivation
GA of Kubernetes automatic configuration for App and API Protection. The Istio and Envoy Gateway integrations went GA earlier, so their Preview labels are stale.

Preview markers left in place on purpose, because they cover a different scope:
security/application_security/setup/kubernetes/gke.md— GKE Gateway support is not GA yet (it needs Cluster Agent 7.82.0 or later and an Operator CRD field that has not shipped)security/application_security/setup/kubernetes/gateway-api.md— "experimental" Gateway API support{{< site-region region="gov" >}}blocks, which state that AAP is in Preview on US1-FED and are unrelated to this launchReview checklist
