Sync the recommended OTLP-only Collector configuration with the opentelemetry-examples repo: - Add per-environment resource detection for EKS, EKS Auto Mode, GKE, and AKS, including the host port and hostfs restrictions on GKE Autopilot and AKS Automatic - List the per-environment Helm values files - Update component instance names and batch settings for Collector Contrib v0.154.0 - Add the kubelet_stats receiver and deltatorate processor to the DaemonSet configuration, with the environment variables and ClusterRole rules they require
