The DDOT Collector Gateway deployment pattern is now generally available (GA), not Preview.
The DDOT Kubernetes (Gateway) page was already updated to reflect this in #35421, but the DDOT Kubernetes (DaemonSet) page still described the Gateway pattern as Preview. This PR updates the DaemonSet page so both pages consistently describe the Gateway pattern as GA, avoiding confusion for readers about its availability.
