What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

Adds documentation for the time() formula function, which returns the current Unix time in seconds as a timeseries (useful for monitoring data freshness or time-until-expiration).

Also converts the existing "Metric arithmetic using an integer", "Arithmetic between two metrics", and "Minimum or Maximum between two queries" subsections into collapsible collapse-content blocks for consistency.

Based on the changes in #30972, rebased onto current master with fixes:

  • Corrected malformed shortcode tags ({{ %{{%)
  • Fixed a typo (TTheThe)
  • Removed the leftover TBD placeholder comment

Additional notes

Starting point for iteration.

Add documentation for the time() function and convert the metric
arithmetic, min/max, and related subsections into collapsible blocks.
