Adds documentation for the
time()formula function, which returns the current Unix time in seconds as a timeseries (useful for monitoring data freshness or time-until-expiration).Also converts the existing "Metric arithmetic using an integer", "Arithmetic between two metrics", and "Minimum or Maximum between two queries" subsections into collapsible
