- some enums extracted as separate files
- added eModelID enums to GTA3 and VC. Unified contents style
- homogenized CModelInfo across the classic trilogy
- limit adjusters support for CModelInfo::ms_modelInfoPtrs
- added CModelInfo::ms_modelInfoCount as way to check array size (supports limit adjusters)
- added CModelInfo::FindNextModel function
